"The first time my boyfriend went over to get some food they weren't wearing hair or beard nets, had no funnel fries for the 15th time in a row of going and we realized they don't know how to read tickets because they got out order wrong. On top of that our fries were upside down. So we go back to get what we ordered rather than the garbage we got and we get our food. He comes home and he said the burgers look fine I look at mine and turns out they took the burgers back wiped my mayo and ketchup off the burger and put mayo back on and STILL put ketchup. Just less than last time. It is not hard to follow instructions on a ticket and it is not hard to wear your hairnet as health codes authorize."
"Absolutely terrible. Everytime I go order online for here they never get my order right. This time my burgers didnt even have the things I asked for on it, they just gave me burgers doused in ketchup and mayo even though I asked for no ketchup on one of my 2 burgers. Also they are always out of funnel fries. I'm sick and tired of messed up orders. I'm never coming back here again."
"This place was an amazing place to grab a meal with the family and enjoy it together. The sandwiches were delicious and so was there tenders and fries!! I highly recommend!!"
"Grease joint, 'nuff said. You will find nothing healthy here, only tantalizing flavors for the taste buds. I ordered fries and a shake. Both tasty, but the fries were over-saturated in grease. I was the only person in line and hoped the service would be quicker but it was standard procedure as usual. Not my favorite."
"I’ve never had a good experience here, food is decent but they always add on every topping to the burgers even when I request only certain ones. My 5 pc tenders only had 4 tenders in it. My drink wasn’t correct either. Rally’s food is good when made correctly, but it’s always disappointing from this store."
