"I usually LOVE a good pizza. Last time I ordered from dp dough, the order was good and everything was fine. HOWEVER- Tonight. Picture this: Three RAVENOUS college kids who just want something to sooth their hunger. So what do we think to order past 12am? Some DP Dough. we placed the order and the expected time was an hour at the LEAST. It is now an hour and a half later and still NO pizza. Very dissatisfied. We are still starving.."

"Food was great! Would order again. One girl in the back was just being super annoying and loud. She kinda makes me not want to go back. I also Doordash there so it's not just a one time thing with her."

"Ordered at 2:29. It is 4:18 and no food and I tried calling and was immediately put on hold. No food and I paid for it plus tip so now I'm out money and still haven't ate. Absolutely horrible service do not go here unless you want to get robbed. Please refund me."

"We placed our order online, but realized we wanted to make a change to it. When we called the store they put us straight on hold multiple times, even after waiting 5+ minutes on hold. One guy even answered the phone asking us to hold again and hung the phone up. At the time of writing this, we have been waiting 2+ hours for our order and they refuse to pick up the phone. We were able to finally get a hold of some body after they closed but at the point the food was cold and we didn't want to wait any longer. The food is normally good but the service this time around was absolutely atrocious. I understand if you are busy but at least answer the phone or let us know it's going to be a longer delivery wait."

"Our delivery guy, Dawson, was absolutely amazing, he even complimented all of our singing that he had to sit thru while waiting outside of our door. He was such a great guy to talk to after a night out, when he easily could’ve been irritated with us instead. D.P Dough also got the food to us so quick."
