"It is the WORST Pharmacy and only pharmacy that Preferred care insurance, let use for Insuline pump supplies, this farmacy suposse to serve the supply every three months, very dificult to get answers, this place hang the phone even on doctors that try to help, and check what is the the problem with prescriptions, if is any, easely take over two weeks to procces a presription, also taking in count several phone call because they are very incompetent to be working with medical supplys whish patient lives depend on it."

"I can only speak to my families experience, but the experience we had with this company recently was not pleasant. Perhaps their other providers are more compassionate and professional. My grandfather was enrolled to receive services through them and the nurse, Dulce, that was sent to our home was so unprofessional! She continuously talked in a condescending way to my grandmother. She argued with us when we explained that we recently had enrolled in a new service with another company. She told my 82 YO grandma 3 times to pay attention to her and ignore my child and forget about the fact that im there, as "i dont matter" and I would leave their house and be irrelevant and didnt need to know what was going on, but my grandma does. Mind you, I was there specifically to help and listen. She's extremely rude and walked into our home like a director. As a cherry on top, towards the end of our interactions she crossed boundaries with me and very blatantly and rudely asked if my child "has problems" (he has a cosmetic genetic condition) and asked if I've tested my other baby (I'm pregnant) to see if they will have problems too. She gasped and said "oh no!" In disbelied when I said I didn't care if my baby does and that their father has the condition as well, and it is just a cosmetic condition that does not affect them developmentally or cognitively. They are perfectly happy and healthy. My grandmother later mentioned to me that when I stepped out she made negative comments about me being young (I look significantly younger than I am) and having a child with a genetic condition and choosing to have another baby that could potentially have it. This lady may be "textbook smart", but lacks bedside manners, has a superiority complex, and needs a lesson in compassionate care and ethics. Terrible representation of this company. I'm not one to write bad reviews or complain, but i ask myself- how many elderly people has she treated this way?"
