"The staff is great, but they need HELP!!! Every-time I go to the pharmacy you have to make the one line even if you have an appointment for vaccine, picking up or dropping off! The window for drop off is always closed! They do what they can but Publix pharmacy should consider their customers and employees and provide staffing."
"I have been with this pharmacy for almost 5 yrs. I have seen employees come and go and unfortunately I have seeing the customer service from 100% to 30%. One employee in particular, she's been there for years and her customer service is so bad that she is the reason I am switching pharmacy. She is very unhappy with her job, she talks to people with an altitude. When you work with people, you need to control your emotions. Customer Service first!"
