"As a business is imperative that I do business with suppliers who are aware of the importance of reasonable expediency. After talking to the manager, Mike, I was informed that the part that I needed with 35,000 miles was still on the vehicle and they couldn't get it pulled until 2 Days later. He proceeded to send me pictures of a different unit that had three times the mileage on it. And I declined and said I would wait until they pulled the one I originally asked for. I made arrangements for a courier to pick up the part the following Tuesday. I called and made arrangements to make the payment. The part was listed on car-part for $375 and that was the price we originally agreed on. Mike the manager, tells me on the phone that he would be charging me an additional $100 surcharge, because they had to pull the part. He never said a word about that when I was buying the part. Very poor business practice and to be honest with you I seriously doubt that the 35,000 miles advertised was even accurate to begin with. I will never call this company again to try to give them my money because I have no trust in their integrity and certainly none in their honest business practice."
