"I want to highlight the remarkable service that AJ Clarke, Dan Schneider, and Jorge Capes, provided my husband and I this past Saturday, 02/10/2024, as we financed a new to us motorcycle. Jorge greated us right away, although we had already viewed the street glide online, he gave use an in depth overview of all the different features, specs, what made the bike unique, and more. After stating that we would like to purchase the bike, he quickly located Dan for us and set us up at a nice table inside. He has excellent customer service skills, is very knowledgeable of motorcycles, and is a great sales associate. We were already sold on the bike, as I mentioned previously, but after speaking with Jorge, we were very confident in our decision. Dan took over from there, somehow, Dan made what is usually a daunting and difficult process of financing any type of motorcycle or vehicle a fun, memorable, and noteworthy experience. We felt like family, Dan and his team made the process of getting the financing paperwork ready and approved extraordinarily quick and painless. Within minutes of speaking with Dan, he had identified our needs, preferences, and priorities when it came to making our final decision on the motorcycle we had set our sights on. Dan’s ability to explain the financial loan process and approval procedure, the extra add on packages that were available to us was incredible. He explained to us with great confidence the details of the add on packages that we would benefit the most from, based off his astonishing knowledge of the motorcycles year, model, and history. With his excellent display of knowledge and the confidence in his ability to identify the extra add on packages we should have to ensure we got the best deal and quality out of the motorcycle we were purchasing, made this purchase a no brainer for my husband and I. He stayed with us and accommodated us with beverages and anything that we needed to make our stay there comfortable and relaxing. I will always recommend Dan Schneider at Lakeland Harley Davidson to any and everyone who wants to purchase a motorcycle. Dan gave us the knowledge of what to expect and when to expect it, he is a no-nonsense business man and I don’t think I while ever meet someone as intelligent and talented as Dan is when it comes to buying Harleys. When we began the final steps of the financing process, Ms. AJ Clarke took over, and she is such a delightful woman to work with, she displayed great analytical skills, providing us with financial guidance, understanding of the warranties that we chose, the monthly payment process, and even identified that the first motorcycle we were looking at had been entered in as the one we were purchasing and updated it to our current motorcycle we chose, which brought the entire finance and monthly payment amount down substantially. She was extremely personable, friendly, and understanding of our questions and answered them all with great enthusiasm and clarity. Our over all experience with every single employee at Lakeland Harley Davidson was outstanding, everyone went above and beyond for us and I am very thankful that we were able to work with the three employees who I’ve mentioned within this message. I wanted to personally recognize and applaud each employee, to not only highlight their level of expertise, but to also pinpoint that LakelandHD has an excellent team of very experienced, talented, and knowledgeable professionals working there. They really blew us away and I greatly appreciate the hospitality we experienced on Saturday. All three employees have guaranteed our loyalty and respect for Lakeland HD, thank you all for everything you did for us we truly appreciate your hospitality and enjoyed doing business with you all."

"Very Rude! We’re traveling, though it would be cool to get a t shirt from this location and maybe test drive a Fat Boy. Got here 20 minutes before 9:00. It’s obvious they’ve got a big event today. We were told at 8:58 to stay out of the way, so we waited. Even after 9:00 we were told we couldn’t shop until the bikes were all out. Clearly we are in the way with no estimated time of really opening the store. Not just one staff member, but three. We have family here, but we won’t bother with this shop in the future. One might think if you have an event you might want to start your crew a little earlier so you can open your store on time. Either that, or put out a sign that you’re closed for a private event and not open to random customers. Thanks for the waste of time and the hard feelings. We’ve never been less welcome at any Harley shop ever!"

"I recently visited Harley-Davidson Lakeland, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I requested a service appointment to its completion, everything was handled flawlessly. The service manager, Mr. Nick Gomez, is not only amiable but also incredibly helpful. He introduced me to the parts specialist (whose name escapes me at the moment). This gentleman was excellent in quickly understanding my needs and offering the most cost-efficient solutions. It's worth noting that I was initially set on purchasing my motorcycle from Harley-Davidson Lakeland. Yet, swayed by a friend's suggestion, I chose Tampa Harley-Davidson. While the purchase experience in Tampa was decent, their service couldn't rival the high standards of Harley-Davidson Lakeland. For those contemplating using Harley Lakeland's services (buy and Service), you have my enthusiastic recommendation. Their unwavering dedication to excellence and customer care is palpable in every encounter."

"I cannot see myself buying a bike from anyone other than the people at Lakeland Harley. I don’t need to say anything other than read the other reviews. But I will share anyway. —- The buying experience there was superb. My salesman, Rich was quick to listen, and slow to speak… but when he did, he was on point. He knew what I wanted before I did. At some point, I was questioning the power of a bike I took a test ride on, and he recommended I try a standard model to compare the two. He didn’t try to sell me on the latest and greatest. He risked me liking a cheaper machine in order to show me what I really wanted. Truthfully, this is just one of nearly a dozen reasons I’d recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a Harley. But the experience didn’t stop there…. Dan “the closer”, is the guy that came buy to talk numbers. I’ve already fallen in love with the bike, but now was time to see if I could fit it in my budget…. Short answer, yes. Longer version, Dan worked with me in great length to make sure i was in a good buying position. A straight shooter with integrity. You don’t always get that out of a person in Dans position. Nick, one of the parts guys, is extremely knowledgeable. On my repeat visits to the dealership, I find myself wandering to that corner to pick this guys brain. Because of his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help, I’ve had him guide me through countless upgrades. Including a Stage II kit on my Fat boy and a Stage IV kit on my RG ST. Really the whole group in that department is great. Its no secret that these guys get commissions on what they sell, but it hasn’t stopped others from helping me find the right parts even if there’s nothing in it for them. Super friendly team. I’m hesitant to name people, because I’d miss a few that really deserve some love. Spike is a good example. Smart as a whip, and friendly to boot. He’s great at explaining complex things to a simple guy like me. Speaking of family… I can’t close out this review without talking about Randa. She’s their marketing person. So full of energy and just super fun to be around. I find myself glancing around to see if she’s working when I stop in. It’s odd to hold a place like this in such high regard. This is a business after all. It’s foolish of one to think they’re here to make friends. But this place really makes you feel like you’re part of a tight-knit community. I’m actually taking my wife and kids over their for Easter bunny pics and to introduce my family the LHD fam. Who knows… the kids might get the Harley bug. I look forward to finding out. Thanks LHD.
