"Been waiting for over and hour now date 12/27/2023, on top of all spot occupied I’ve only seen 4/5 people be helped while employees are inside talking on top of this cart behind the sliding door left there for about 20-30mins hopefully they don’t have meat or anything refrigerated. This is bad an if this is how Walmart pickup goes people !!WILL!! Get sick. I arrived at 4:46 with a pick up time of 4-5 it is 6:10"
"Looks like the Burger King inside here is ran by a bunch of idiots who don't give a damn about the customer. Especially this guy they called O'Brien. Dude threatened me and all I did was overhear him making fun of a customer who was in a wheelchair. I speak the same language this dude does. He should be fired."
"It’s ridiculous how much money I spend in this low class store. Being a loyal cu regardless I shop where all my hard earn money goes. I spend a 109.00 game for Xbox that was not compatible to the console when supposedly it was! They refused to refund my money! She said money is loss for me this is the worst store to shop in. I will be doing most of my shopping elsewhere . Horrible customer service unprofessional at it’s best!"
"I'm giving it 3 stars because half my experience was good. I went in to pick up photos I ordered online. The one young lady couldn't find them at first and then excused herself to handle some problem. She asked the other young woman with long black hair and even longer painted fingernails to help me. The lady with the fingernails was busy playing on her iPhone but begrudgingly agreed. She looked one place and said, I can't find them, then walked away, eyes to the ground and iPhone. The original young lady returned and promptly looked in a different drawer and found my photos. This first young woman was very helpful but obviously doing the work of two people. As I passed the finger nail lady, playing with her iPhone, as I left the photo department I said, "they were in the drawer" didn't phase her one bit. Wish I had gotten names."
