"It's not often I leave reviews but let alone good ones. This place is a gem. I would have never thought that they did key fob replacements in today's age. My fobs for my 2016 Encore needed replacing. My warranty won't cover them, and a lot of places might scam and / or overcharge you. $60 for my fob and a simple, very simple programming process. I may hate GM vehicles after owning this Buick, but I got lucky with this ordeal. A big kudos to Michael for saving the day!!! Thank you, guys, and I'll be seeing you again for other items!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!"

"The associate who helped me was very friendly and extremely fast (he took 2 minutes tops). He explained the lifetime battery replacement policy including the detail that I didn't need to save the receipt since I'm in the computer system, which is great. (Who can keep a million receipts lying around?) This is my 6th or 7th time coming here for various battery replacements for myself and my spouse and I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future. So glad this location opened up."

"I had my screen repaired and I was having issues with my phone freezing up and doing odd things. Mike, the manager had me bring it in and they repaired it again. I haven't had one issue since! They stand by thier work. They have some of the neatest gadgets in there. Go check them out!"

"Nothing but amazing service from Cameron! Husband and I went in last week to fix both of our shattered iPhone screens, Cameron immediately went back got to work and was able to fix BOTH in minutes—we just walked around the store for about 5 mins and he came out and was like “all done here ya go!” Update: came back to the store about 5 days later when I noticed that the screen protector Cameron had put on was covering my camera just a tiny bit, and he gladly fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes no extra charge with a smile on his face. Thankful for the assistance and not making me feel like a bother! He even offered to put a new one on if the screen protector was still bothering me. What an awesome establishment(Especially Cameron)!!"

"Have purchased 3 batteries so far from Batteries plus, great price and great service. Duracell warranty is excellent. My Duramax truck is going on 4 years with the current batteries and I plan on getting them from Batteries plus. Great prices, Great warranties and expert installation. 2014 Dodge Charger Police Pursuit, 2019 Chevy Equinox and 2017 Chrysler Pacifica (My widowed neighbor). It's a no brainer. I remember walking into another auto parts store and hearing the employess telling the customer that no one is available currently to put a new battery in. You will not have that issue at Batteries Plus. Buy online, set appointment, pay for the battery, show up and boom, new battery installed quickly and efficiently. Plus if you purchase online you get a discount. Great place to do business with!"
