"Very unreliable and lies to people about a Scheduled date and time! Scheduled a washing machine install with the owner Mike around third week in December. After agreeing on the price and time/day, he never showed up. I called and he said he was busy but told me to wait around all day for him since he might show up. After waiting all day for him, I called and he said he would show up on a different time and day in a few days. When he missed that appointment he said he would call me when he can make it. When he never called, I called him and he Scheduled another date and time. When he missed that date and time, he gave me the same story that he is busy but can reschedule for tomorrow again. I realized he has some problem with being honest and reliable and am spending this time to warm orhers to stay away from ABC appliances!!"
"I spoke to Mike on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. He said he would be over to fix my washer between 11 and 3. I waited, and wated. He did not show, did not call and not returned my text."
