"So I don’t really know how to rate this guys. I’ve placed an order online on the 30th of August. When I placed the order the item never showed up to be sold out. So I’m under the impression that it showed up sold out after I placed the order. I was waiting it out to see if anything changed weather I get an email that my order got shipped or that eventually it’s out of stock. But no I didn’t get no message or nothing. A few days after emailed them asking them directly about my item and if it’s still available or it posted sold out after I placed my order. Because if it’s not available I would want to know to choose another item no problem, but nothing no email no call by the way I added my number to the email so they can call me directly, but nothing. Waiting, waiting, waiting and no answer. I called them my self a lady answers in Spanish it’s fine I speak Spanish I explain to her what’s going on she says she can’t help me because she doesn’t deals with online orders and that they are about to close and the lady that’s responsible for online orders left thst she will give her my number so she can call me. It’s already September 6th and I needed the order before my daughter’s Birthday on the 5th or at least to know by that time when I would be getting it and nothing still. Granted I didn’t pay fully because I wasn’t sure of this jewelry store and the item I ordered came out to almost $400.00. So I did it through Affirm I haven’t started making payments for this , but still if this is the reasoning for them to treat this order like it’s not valuable they could consider me a lost potential customer I have lots of jewelry love to buy jewelry and know people that would love to buy jewelry and plus I have great standards on Afterpay, Klarna, zip((Quadpay). Do I don’t know what’s their issue but hopefully before my payments starts I could get an answer or my order arrives. I’ll be giving everyone an update on how everything turns out. Hope this review was or is helpful for anyone who’s interested in knowing a bit about this company hopefully I’m wrong."
