But once we got there we decided to get a whole new custom ring setting for my ring (I no longer used white gold). The prices were amazing and don’t get me started on the craftsmanship. He is a beast. I am so happy with my new setting I can’t stop looking at it! Please don’t look anywhere else. They were sweet, straightforward and fast. We are only going to them from now on. Update: a year later! Came in with an idea for a new wedding band and he brought it to life! It has both of my children’s name engraved next to their birthstone inside my wedding band. "I needed to resize my ring and everyone I called said it would take two weeks, I finally found oro factory and they were soo pleasant. He told me he can do it in about one day. He made the process so streamlined and easy for me. He even told me if I couldn’t make it and would be late or come after closing he can accommodate. When I got my ring back it was flawless and he cleaned it and everything. I couldn’t recommend a better place 10/10 . I will only be coming here ."
