"Very rude and unaccommodating after custom jewelry is paid for. They put cubic zirconias in ring I had made when I asked them to remove them and put diamonds instead and offered to pay the difference. They yelled at me and told me this is what I paid for. I explained I didn’t mind paying more to change this “custom ring” Mind you I was replacing a ring I already bought from them previously the same exact ring with diamonds. They basically told me I was lying . I then showed them pictures, they then told me I didn’t get the ring from there . So all in all it’s a clown show . The Jeffes esposa needs just a little more filler in that face. Happy Holidays !"
