Marcus suggested that I add lapis lazuli layer behind the stone to showcase the rutilations and Lorenzo suggested to extend existing prongs rather than completely reset pendant. "BEWARE!!!! I went here 6 years ago to fix a chain my grandmother gave me and I will never return. The man seemed very nice and said I will call you when it’s ready. When I went to pick it up it was the same man. Days after I noticed the lock he put was fake. It turned black. They replaced a fake lock instead of putting a 14K to match the chain. Very disappointed with this place. Now my chain has not been the same since :( and it is still broken because I do not trust anyone to fix it now."
