"Lorenzo and Marcus are the best jewelry advisors. I bought a unique rutilated quartz stone that needed a little pizzazz. Marcus suggested that I add lapis lazuli layer behind the stone to showcase the rutilations and Lorenzo suggested to extend existing prongs rather than completely reset pendant. Love the quality of customer care and satisfaction. Highly recommend Palm D’Oro"
"If I could describe the store in one word, its QUALITY! I always come here for christmas and birthday presents and they never disappoint. However, where they really shined was when I bought an engagement ring. Let me tell you, buying a ring is crazy complicated but with Palm D'oro in your corner, you'll be an expert. You won't find another jewelry store as knowledgeable as this one."
"BEWARE!!!! I went here 6 years ago to fix a chain my grandmother gave me and I will never return. The man seemed very nice and said I will call you when it’s ready. When I went to pick it up it was the same man. Days after I noticed the lock he put was fake. It turned black. They replaced a fake lock instead of putting a 14K to match the chain. Very disappointed with this place. Now my chain has not been the same since :( and it is still broken because I do not trust anyone to fix it now."
