"This not a flower place was told to go to other locations and I have to call order in"
"Spent $159 for flowers and chocolate to be delivered for my wife. I knew something was wrong when I didn't get the "wow these are beautiful response" that I usually get. The arrangement contained only 7 roses and some lillies. Very disappointed. I'll stick with Victoria Blooms. They give me way better value for my money. On the upside, they did deliver in the morning, so that was nice. But on the downside, she had all day to be disappointed in these flowers."
"I placed a order for my Mother her Birthday. I received excellent customer service and a timely delivery confirmation. My Mother called to say the flowers were exceptionally beautiful, exquisite she said which made me so happy. This is the third time I have ordered from The Flower Place and again I am pleased. "Worst place ever! Do not order your flowers from here! I had a death in the family and the flowers I ordered never arrived but that's not the worst part. When I called to tell them they never arrived, the women on the phone said; "so...we have been busy! " Two days late and she could of cared less. She actually hung up on me. I couldn't imagine treating people like she did me. Especially during such a sad time. This woman should not have a job anymore!"
