"Poor customer service experience. Witch in office hangs up on you. Then won't take call back. My unit was installed July 2022 Have another issue with unit. This time fan wont come on. She states about money charges We are under Warranty...... Called another company. They came immediately Fixed my ac under warranty. And showed us that they didn't install heat pump like our previous unit had. Gave us electric strip heat so now if using heat electric bill will go off the roof high. Imagine that. They are not to be trusted. See reviews on BBB site. Has alot of complaints"
"Josh was so awesome very professional, fast and reliable and got our ac fixed within 5 minutes of being here . We were so lucky to have josh come out as fast as he did because we have a baby and had no ac at all for two days but as soon as josh got wind of our problem he came right out Thank you josh for being so pleasant and thank u for fixing our ac . You are awesome josh !"
"My ac unit stopped blowing cold air this morning, I called 2 other companies and they did not have time to come out: Legacy got us in between 3-5pm: Josh Cinco showed up at 2:15, which we were all thrilled about: He fixed the ac in about 20 minutes and the price was better than we thought it was going to be: I know for a fact that another company would have charge a lot more money. Josh, thank you so much for helping us. We will be using Legacy for all our AC needs in the future:"
