"Upon entering this store,an employee was sitting in the floor directly in front of the main entrance door, wearing cut off denim shorts,tshirt, (no name tag),so I don't have a clue what her name was), looked directly at me, (none of them wear masks), and not a word spoken,no greeting,NOTHING, had I not needed a specific item, I would have turned around and walked back out. Everytime I go to this store,I swear to myself I will NEVER shop there again. But I had heard here in our community that the company had invested in a remodel, so I thought I would give them one more chance. It's a shame the company has chosen to remodel a store in the area, but completely shoots themselves in the foot with staffing it with nothing short of subpar, unprofessional rude, lackadaisical ill prepared employees!!! I placed an item on the counter, got a sarcastic reply from the old female employee inundated with tattoos, she acted,and presented herself like she hated her job, and customers were a distraction and annoyance to her, once again, this is the second time I've been serviced by this rude employee!! Several times I've walked thru the door ,seen her at the register and left and bought my items elsewhere. She doesn't greet any of her customers, ABSOLUTELY NO EYE CONTACT, no greeting,too busy talking to the other employee next to her to speak or acknowledge her customer, continued to talk ignoring me the entire time she rang up my items. Slung everything in two bags in a rushed manner, handed me my receipt WHILE TALKING & LOOKING AT OTHER EMPLOYEE about non work related subject. NO "THANK YOU,HAVE A NICE DAY" Nothing. That's the most unprofessional cashier I've ever dealt with. As a manager myself in the retail industry, if that cashier worked for me in my store, I'd fire her! No, she never would have made it past the interview,I wouldn't have hired her! As beautiful as the store remodel is, it's a shame the ugly acting cashier sours your experience of being in such a pretty store. DG, doesn't do you any good to spend money on remodels and then staff them with garbage staff!! Yeah, I won't be back. I'm done with DG! I'll drive on down the road,spend my money somewhere else. Do yourself a favor,go somewhere else for your shopping needs!!"

"My first time going to the store was yesterday I had just left treatment at the cancer center across the street and walked across for a few items I was only in the store for a few moments and became violently ill, I do not know her name but a very kind brunette lady was very kind and sat me down and gave me an ice cold water.. I had to call for someone to drive me home. I was unable to yesterday ,due to being so sick, but today I want to say thank you. Your kindness means a lot."
