"The a/c units at the store are not working. 4/26/22. I heard that 5 out of 6 a/c units are down. The cooler in the back has a pile of ice on the middle shelf. Things are melting.! The cause of all this seems to be management failure."
"If I could give -1 star I would. The manager is an asshat. 1st I walked & could find what I was looking for. Since there was no else around I asked the manager (who was on the computer at the front) I didn't hear him the 1st time ask said pardon? He then sighed heavily & repeated himself. He was also the cashier. No thank you no have a good day no nothing. This was about 9:30 am. But still I was not rude or anything. But as I walked out I told him: "Have a good day or not. I really don't care" I will NEVER shop at another family Dollar store again. DOLLAR GENERAL FROM NOW ON!!!!"
"I started visiting this store circa 6 months ago and liked it although I felt the store was small and disorganized. The manager never came off as defiant to me nor has anyone in the store except for a few weeks ago. A situation occurred a few weeks ago when a cashier racially profiled me by asking me to empty my pockets because I was exiting the store empty-handed because they didn't have what I needed in-stock. This happened before I reached the anti-theft alarm that would signify if I was stealing from the store. The cashier stated that the reason that he stopped me was because I "had my hands in my pockets". I was quite uncomfortable with this situation which is why I rated the store 3 stars and because of how disorganized it is to me. I literally have to circumnavigate around the store to find the item that i'm looking for.. I do recommend the store ... I just had 1 major bad experience...."
