He made recommendations based upon our situation which was especially helpful since new to Florida. The delivery team showed up on time and did a great job of planting and we are very happy with the results. "Waited to write review to give our plants and landscaping time to settle in and rest:-) We can not speak more highly of The Village Palms. They installed a large palm tree, several landscaping plants and installed under ground radial wires. From beginning to end everyone was responsive to questions, brainstormed together with us and always paid attention to the finer details of everything. The crew was amazing. They cleaned up after each day, made room for vehicles when using large equipment and worked consistently, even through very hot weather. At one point, they had to transverse our front and side yard to the back to install a large palm tree with heavy equipment - no ruts or marks in the soft sandy soil or grass! Communication was also a vital plus. Everyone treated us with respect and took all our questions seriously. Everything from emails to daily communications were addressed. Nice CAD program and easy, informative, respectful sales person reviewed and worked with us throughout to design a Florida Friendly Landscaping project that would best suit our surroundings.
