"Looks like they are out of business!! Took my money and ran! Went in 10/30 to order flowers. Was told to be back the following Saturday. The widows were covered with butcher paper, the door was locked and the phone went unanswered. Not even a hand written note on the door to apologize!"

"I would have given them a 4 but they stated they wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers I purchased for my MIL's birthday. MIL said the arrangement was pretty so that's all I have to go by. I've had other florist I've used text me a picture. May or may not use them again."

"I live in Maine and I wanted to send my mother flowers at work in the the villages. I searched google for a "florist the villages, FL" I called the first, plantation-something, rude, she cut me off before I could finish asking what their same day delivery cut off time. "-tooo late!",ok I get it. She did me a favor, I called The Villages Florist of Lady Lake and a very nice woman Michelle answered. She was eager to help me and find out exactly what I was looking for. Instead of picking a bouquet from their website I asked Michelle to use her creative expertise. I gave her a price range and told her to go crazy. She was happy to oblige. 3.5 hours later I received pictures from my Mother. The bouquet was big and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Michelle! I couldn't recommend this florist enough!!"

"I ordered flowers for my mom's 80th birthday. I found an arrangement on their website and even called to make sure that what I ordered would look like the picture. I discussed the number of roses and everything. They assured me it would. I picked the largest and most expensive of the three choices. When the flowers arrived, my Dad sent me a picture. The arrangement was smaller than the picture of the smallest arrangement on the website. I called and complained and they did re-do the flowers and re-delivered them. However, they took the original flowers with them when they left my parent's house. Seems awfully petty of them since they couldn't re-use that arrangement. They should have just let her keep them both. Better yet, they should have just done the arrangement right the first time. Had my Dad not sent me a picture, I never would have known. Make sure you check your orders after they are delivered. Everyone is trying to make an extra buck off of you these days. Lavender pic is what I ordered and the other pic is what I got at first before I complained. Count the roses."

"Best florist anywhere around! My wife is always very happy and the flowers always stay fresh for a long time! PS she said the "special one" you made her yesterday was gorgeous and the biggest one ever! She enjoyed chatting it up with the owner who personally delivered them to get them there on time."
