"I ordered the flower arrangement on the left with the purple flowers and Christmas evergreens and pine cones and they sent the 2nd picture which was completely different than what I spent $95 on. I sent them an email to question the difference but apparently it didn't matter as I did not get a response. I will not order from this florist ever again. Lousy customer service and deceptive practices."

"I can't say enough good things about The Flower Box and services! I ordered Loving Blooms in Lenox White for my mother in law for Grandparents day. I was a bit skeptical because we're 2000 miles away and sometimes deliveries aren't the greatest being so far away. These were the MOST beautiful flowers we've ever seen, huge white roses and perfectly blooming lilies that were gorgeous when they bloomed.
