"Pros Location is convenient. Name brands, wish they had Milwaukee though The store is generally clean Cons 1 Impossible to attain an associate help 2 The stores inventory is frequently inaccurate and out of stock 3 I have noticed on several occasions in customer service they are quick to pick up the phone and help someone, however the people in the store typically have to wait for them to get off the phone before the line can proceed. Makes no sense. Customers are directly in front of you and waiting on your assistance. Why does the phone call take priority? 4 As noted by other reviews, they do not comply with CDC guidelines. Don’t state something is mandatory at your window and then not enforce it. Creates false perception to the abiding public"
"Lowes is my least favorite home improvement stores. My one online order was ready but the other way not cancelled but transferred to another store? I had to call and cancel it. They should ask a customer if they want to pick up from another store. Lastly, being a woman I was misinformed when I asked for specific items. I assume the man helping didn't think I knew he was wrong. The competitive company has given me a much better experience."
"I needed to replace some t-posts for my fence after a tree fell on my fence. Lowes was the closest place to get them along with t-post fence ties. It was a beautiful spring Sunday so the store was packed with people making garden purchases. Even with the crowd I found what I needed quickly and was able to check out in the garden center in only a few minutes. The T-posts were good quality and substantially cheaper than getting them online."
"Concerning the rating for the Lowes Garden Center located in Lutz, Florida on SR54. My rating of three out of three stars represents average or as expected service at this location. The garden center has a nice selection of flowers, plants, trees and shrubs along with tools, garden supplies, fencing, pavers and pond supplies. The center is clean and well organized."
