"This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a florist in my entire life. I ordered flowers well in advance and they were never delivered, no cancellation notice, or anything. I never requested a cancellation of my order. The employee wanted to charge me additional delivery money for a requested delivery time before lunch. What a rip-off , scamming, excuse for a business. I will NEVER order from this place again. Employees need some intensive customer service training, very unprofessional at best. Go elsewhere....."

"I called from California to have a same day delivery for a 60th birthday party. I was told that there would be no issue on getting the flowers there. I ask that the arrangements be all pink and no more than $200.00 for everything. To my surprise, they had no problem charging my card for over $200.00 and NO FLOWER DELIVERY. Spoke with my cousin and was told no flowers were delivered to her birthday party. Unacceptable!! I want a TOTAL REFUND…a.s.a.p!!"
