I had an unfortunate experience with a different designer creating an engagement ring that forced me to scramble to find a new designer. After contacting 20+ designers who said they were unable to meet my requests, Jack Custom Jewelry took me on as a client and did a better job than I could have ever imagined. Highlights include: 1. Agreeing to and executing on a tight timeline during the Jewelry's industry's busiest time of year 2. Agreeing to and executing on the incorporation of meteorite into my engagement ring (something all other designers said was way too difficult to agree to) 3. Meeting with me regularly to provide live updates and show me the design progress 4. Staying exactly within my budget (absolutely no billing surprises) 5. Developing one of the most unique, challenging, and beautiful pieces of jewelry I have ever seen You are lucky to have even clicked this review as this is probably one of the best designers to work with in the US.
