"I brought my mom to Tops Appliance thinking it would be a better experience than the big box stores. She and my dad own a small business and we understand the value of supporting other small businesses. She spent $1500 on a speed queen washing machine. When it was delivered, the delivery person was trying to remove the old washing machine and had trouble getting it over the threshold so after roughly jamming the dolly twice over the threshold, it broke the right side of the threshold. Mom took pictures and sent them to Tops. The owner, Barry, told her they would not be fixing the threshold or any other damage. Never again will we give Tops our business. My parents run an honest business and if they mess up, they do whatever is necessary to make things right with the customer. We expected the same treatment from Tops. We were sadly mistaken."
