"I purchased my first Tri Bike here, Trek Speed Concept Project One. The whole purchasing and customization experience was first and foremost, EASY and I felt absolutely no pressure into buying the “latest” gadgets. I have to emphasize on how important that is. In past locations up North, I felt obligated to purchase the top line and up to date technology, including the bike. Thankfully, it was not the experience I got at City Bikes in Aventura. Miguel and his staff were very attentive, they knew what we were looking for after taking time to converse with my husband and I. We felt comfortable and we weren’t rushed into anything. We loved the warm welcome we received and that is what sold us! The rest unfolded. How knowledgeable staff explained everything to us and we were followed up on once the bike arrived.
