"Order a pair of shoes online and they came in a horrible condition. Box was destroyed, the soles of the shoes were wrinkled, stained & there wasn’t even paper to protect the shoes in the box. Just two shoes thrown in a box. Went to this journey store to exchange for the same pair just a new one for them to try to give me a pair that was worst. The soles were more destroyed… causing me to need to order online AT THE STORE. I was hoping to get expedited shipping due to needing shoes in a timely manner for a bday & they couldn’t even offer that. They offered me a $5 off coupon on spending $25… like I want to spend more money at the store after receiving damaged shoes. Just sad!"

"Seriously upsetting. I bought a pair of Doc Marten's. Lady at cashier was very nice and trusting. When I got home, turns out she gave me a horribly used pair. The shoes are not the same. One of them is terribly worn out compared to the other. You can see the tags inside are not the same. One of the shoes also has as different shoe lace, WITH KNOTS. And I was never sent an email with the receipt so I can't return them, amazing."
