"Horrible service, ridiculous security. They let you into the store by the main door and then lock it without advising you. You go upstairs to shop then back down to exit and then they force you to go back upstairs to exit. People have better things to do than keep going up and down in your store. If you lock the downstairs door have the decency to have someone at the top of the stairs to advise folks. Security would not even open the door and was not helpful at all. A completely ridiculous experience, go elsewhere, they don’t care about customers."

"They got a dame in there built like a egg and 2 arms horrible customer service making up their own store policies for colored people. Its crazy its 2023 and we still going through this. Been a nike customer since 1995 and looking at these shoes is digusting the manager antonio and barbara if thats the big girl name needs be trained and educated on how to deal with customers thank you."
