"I love the brand - literally everything I have is from there. But the service is terrible. Went on a Tuesday, and no one was on the floor helping customers. I kindly asked “hey, I’ve been here waiting for shoes for 5 minutes and I’m basically the only customer… how long will it take?” A blonde older lady that worked there said “if you don’t have time to wait, you can leave and go to another store”. Super disrespectful. I don’t know who the manager is at this store but things should be looked at. It looks like they have a “only deliver good customer service on the weekends” mentality. Never go there during the week because no one is there to help you and they put the very rude people to work."
"Very “kind” and “ customer friendly “ mindset. The boss in the shop told us :Sorry we don’t want take the jogging from the manikin! Although the size was fit. I would have bought it! Perhaps the people the boss and the big guy are not working for Adidas but for the Nike."
