"I am writing about your distressing experience at Victoria's Secret Pink on December 12, 2023. My visit was disappointing, to say the least. I attempted to return items after spending hundreds of dollars at this store, but the manager, Adrian, not only refused the return but also subjected me to harassment and went as far as calling security to make me leave. This behavior was completely unacceptable and not in line with the customer service standards I expect from Victoria's Secret Pink. I felt mistreated and unwelcome, which is disheartening as a customer. I hope the corporate management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not happen again in the future. I am filing a legal action against VS pink and Adrian."

"Service is horrible. Drove e more than 30 mins to pick up an online order and do a return. I made sure to bring my Angel card since I just got a credit increase and was excited to shop. The service was horrible. I told the associate good afternoon twice and twice she beckoned me to go to the cashier she’ll take me. She didn’t find out if I was looking for something or if I needed help. I was so turned off I picked up my order and left. Almost took the items out and throw away the bag because of how cold they were. Wasn’t happy to let anyone know I shopped there."
