"Party City is a company out to scam paying customers. They steal every penny from their customers. No exchanges or store credit without a receipt. But the company wants your email address but the system has no way of tracking purchases? Technology is too expansive for these issues. Shop at Walmart better prices. And they never have helium for a company that sells balloons!!!"
"Went in to look for a particular item. Walked around the whole store and couldn't find it. Asked an associate if they had any and was nicely told where it was located. Still couldn't find it. Was pressed for time so ended up leaving. Store looks like it could use a little help. Parts of the it are empty and some are crowded with boxes and/or shopping carts."
