"I've been to many pawn shops before, and it has always been rip-off. I always hated going to pawn shop. Cash City Pawn is totally different. They will go out of their way to make a good deal with you. I have to complement Luis at this store. He genuinely wants to make a good deal for the customers. I have never met anyone as diligent to make you satisfied. You need to come here to just talk to him. I'll guarantee you that it will be the best decision that you'll make in your life."

"Hands down THE best store for your guns and accessories, or just random pawn items if that's what you need. They have this location as well as Orange Park Gun and Pawn. Very friendly environment and they will work with you. As far as these nonsense 1 star "race" reviews, these guys are far from what you're accusing. I'm there all the time, and I know for A FACT that isn't true. They are a business. They don't have 10 hours to babysit you and hand you every item in the store. They also aren't going to give you 100% value for your pawned item. They have to turn a profit. They have to pay you, clean it, make any repairs, and go through the hassle of selling it. We all know the type complaining."

"I recently stopped by this store and although they were extremely busy, I was greeted right away and acknowledged a couple times during my wait. Which I thought would be much longer as busy as they were. They have Fantastic Customer service. During my visit I witnessed customer after customer thanking the person who waited on them.
