"Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and the returns is as they please depends on the day. Bought the pants less than 2 weeks ago under my account and wanted to change the size, the cashier told me it’s non refundable because I wore it once. For a Lululemon policy, doesn’t sound right."
"My best friend and I love lululemon but her recent experience with a quality promise on one of her leggings has me so upset. Maria (the manager) at the Aventura Mall location was extremely rude and condescending towards my best friend and saying that “These leggings are just not working for you”. Mind you, she’s bought the same leggings multiple times and has never had issues with them until now. Maria’s treatment towards my friend was so unprofessional and downright disgusting. I can’t fathom how she’s in a manager position with her attitude. Please re-evaluate this employee."
