"When I began business with X-Training they were great. Very helpful and professional. Prior to their move to a different location their customer service has dramatically changed for the worst. They do not answer their phones and do not return voicemails. I have been having the same issue concerning their Olympic Weightlifting Competition Kilogram weights. Specifically 10kg and 15kg plate sets. I use these weights on a daily basis and have needed to replace these specific plates 5 times and the 15kg plates 2 times and have owned these plates for less than 2 years. I have used other brand plate sets, one of which I have had for 6 years and have not had any of the same issues. Pictures are attached. As a facility that primarily uses Kilogram weights, I really appreciated having a local company that carried the equipment that I need. Unfortunately, they are not returning my calls and continue to tell me they do not have replacement sets and do not know when they will be receiving anymore."
