"The woman who helped us was abrasive, and impatient with me, she dismissed all of my questions, but answered my husband like he was the only one who mattered. Instead of losing my temper with such a rude salesperson, I returned to the car, and waited. We tried to order, well my husband did, an insert for our fireplace, we are totally restyling our entire fireplace, and this same woman told my husband the one we ordered would be in within two weeks, it has been three, and we have heard nothing, my husband called them yesterday, and no one answered or returned his call. We were going to spend 2 to 3 thousand dollars on this part of the fireplace. However, we do not believe in having to chase down people to help us, or to take our money, that we have worked hard for. I don't recommend this store. Thank you, carolintallahassee"
