"Store manager was rude with me and my father over some oil and a filter. Wanted $46.74 plus tax. Wanted the online 15% but didn't know it didn't include motor oil. Instead he added a oil filter to the order that was double the amount. I went to Walmart instead and got both at $9 less than Advance was offering without the 15% off. People like him are why brick and mortar companies are dying."
"I called and got the manager Paul on the phone, paul prompted me to give him my phone number, when i didn't offer my information willingly he became snarky. Unprofessional, but he was the only one who had my alternator in stock or so i thought. Paul told me it was in stock i feel just to get me into the store, when i arrived not only did i wait 20 minutes, but it was all for waste because they didnt have my piece and had to order it. Long story short i wasted my time and ended up empty handed again another horrible experience at advanced auto parts appalachee pkwy."
"Love Advanced Auto Parts all the people there are very helpful and friendly and I love their tool loaner program. It makes things so much easier to do work and not have to buy hundreds of dollars worth of tools and get to actually save hundreds of dollars. I enjoy turning wrenches and I'm very happy knowing there's an auto parts store that's willing to help me out."
"Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had. Paul the General Manager took the time to educate and assist me with the installation of a new battery. His expertise, great conversation and attention to detail, left me at a loss for words. Advanced Auto is one lucky company to have such a great General Manger that cares about every aspect of their business. This man needs to be promoted to District Manger. Will definitely be shopping at this store again."
