"I was not impressed by the staff who left me sitting in the parking lot, but only after they said they would install the battery if I bought it there. Once I bought it, they came out and started to remove it, but once it got hard, two of them walked into the store pretending they would return but left me standing there. Another younger fellow came out and helped me from scratch because he had a special tool to lift out the battery because it had no handles. He ended up helping me until it was swapped out."
