"And Services was the only company that could provide us same day service for a plumbing issue we had. We were initially told our plumber would be at our home around 2:30 and then got pushed to 6:00 and once again got pushed to 8:15 at night. While this may have upset some people, I was just thankful that after an obviously longer than anticipated day, our technician still made the trip to our home well into the evening to take care of our problem. Jonathan Hermosillo did an awesome job and got it done very quickly as well. He was clearly very qualified and had years of experience and knowledge. He took a look at the issue and found the problem. He talked to my wife and I about the cost and the work he would need to do. There was no sort of upselling or vague explanations. He was honest, transparent and very fair about what needed to be done. I felt that the pricing was fair and justified for the work that needed to be performed. He did the work that night and was able to get on his way back home by 9:45. I appreciate so much him and his apprentice coming out so late into the evening after working a very, very long day. They had positive attitudes and a will to get the job done quickly but also correctly. I'll absolutely be using them again should the need arise. And I fully suggest anyone reading this review to consider the same. Great company, excellent customer service and dispatchers and great techs!!"

"I had a great experience with AND Services. They are one of the few HVAC repair companies that offer free estimates. After paying $160 to one of their competitors in Tallahassee for an estimate to repair my home furnace, I called AND for a second opinion. The other company wanted to charge another $160 to come back on top of $600 to replace a switch. In fact they recommended replacing the entire unit even though I have had no trouble up until now with it. AND Services took the time to do more than just read off an error code and actually troubleshot the furnace to determine that it was just a fouled sensor that needed to be cleaned. They ended up saving me a lot of money over their competitor. I only wish I had called them first. The technician (Bailey Prince) was good at what he does and took the time to get it right. Furnace has been working great ever since."
