"If there was a way to leave less than one star. I would do that as of this morning. Saturday. I went to pick up a battery at the store. I immediately spoke with the manager and another sales guy as they gave me the battery. You could already tell that the manager has an atti. He went to hand me the battery as I bought the battery. And I grabbed the handles on the battery and he could tell that I knew it was too heavy for me and I even told him it was too heavy for me. So the battery ended up going to the floor because it was too heavy for me. So I dragged the battery in front of the 2 guys while it was on the floor all the way out the door over to my vehicles. It was about 50 feet from the 2 guys standing in the store less than a foot or 2 away from me. All they did was stand there and watch me. Drag the battery I read. You know I've never in my life. At the age of 55 watched, 2 men. Just stand there and watch me. Drag a battery outside on the floor in a store. In my eyes, they should both feel very ashamed of themselves as employees of an autozone. As a customer representative myself I would have at least offered. Assist a person in need Of assistance auto Zone, maybe you should rethink who you hire as customer service representatives and managers. I will not be back"
"Burl is a great helpful employee. You should consider him for a management position. I’d hire him for a management slot at my business if you won’t. This guy is running the place while the other two employee ask him question while he changed our battery. Best sign of management potential."
