"This is the worst company ever, but their strategy to make money is quite simple. They give a line of credit to Electrical Contractors based on the customer's (owners) property. If Contractor does not comply with them (which does not concern to you as an owner), they IMMEDIATELY place a lien against your property and this happened to me a few months ago. Nasty accounting department that hires the worst attorneys to give you the worst nightmare ever. Stay away from this company, go online and see reviews.... Keep them far from you!!!!"
