"I came in looking for a specific color code but wasn’t sure what kind of paint I would need. Jennifer was so awesome and didn’t try and upsell me but instead took her time to make sure I got the paint I needed. I’m a healthcare professional and I know the importance of patience and Jennifer displayed that but also great knowledge. I won’t even bother going to a big box store anymore as the customer service I got today was that good it’s worth any small difference in price."

"Called this Store 3/30/2022 several times at 10:50 am. No answer, but then get a recording asking you to enter a remote access code. Really sad that with gas prices the highest in US history, you need to find out if the store has the product you want before driving 40 miles or more round trip, only to find the store doesn't answer their phone, or have products they should carry. Example, yesterday 3/29/2022 I stopped at the SW store on Pines Blvd. They had no SW epoxy paints, no epoxy catalyst, no quarts in any exterior paint to make deep blue in any finish, no Loxon sealer in either gallons or buckets. The only thing they had that I needed was some clear caulk. Also had no construction adhesive caulk."

"Went into the store on a whim, originally heading to Home Depot. I was approached by Will, who offered his assistance with picking out color and paint. I had a project that called for the best paint to cover wood furniture. I told him I was okay with choosing color, but really needed help with paint. He consulted some coworkers who concluded a specific paint type for my project. I was astonished at the high price tag, and he immediately consoled me by offering whatever discounts they had at the moment. I was still hesitant on color, and needed to go home to verify. Will gave me his card and told me to just call when I picked a color, and I could order over the phone. I did, and it was ready in 10 minutes for pick up. He honored every discount he knew of. I was a very happy customer. The paint worked well for the project it was intended for. Thanks again, Will!"
