I most recently called the store to begin the sales process for 6 Toto toilets- gave all the references to someone on the phone and sadly never heard back. "Excellent supply, after HD & Lowe's didn't work. Was looking for a replacement faucet for the laundry room wash basins. Lowe's only has one type of plastic one !!! and HD not much more. So I went to Next and they had good quality ones. Should mention that the guy in the back (parts dept.) is nice & helpful but the guy out front in the showroom is a bit grumpy like the other posters said."

"Worst customer service possible. Made an order for a client of Grohe products over 4 weeks ago. Was told of a delivery time of 3 possibly 4 weeks. We're past week 5 and I've yet to receive as much as an answer from Carrie my sales rep. Many unanswered voice mails and in fact left a note with the secretary and store owner who guaranteed I'd be contacted by the sales rep. The days pass and I still don't hear from them. If only they would communicate with me then I would not be so livid."
