"I usually don’t leave reviews but I dealt with the rudest employee here that I feel the need to. I had an online pick up order at this location and parked in the online pick up spot. I dialed the number on the pick up sign and a lady picked up that just seemed miserable and was very rude for no good reason. I gave her my last name and she said I didn’t have an order in their system, I then gave my order number and she said it’s still not in the system, she then said “actually, give me a minute” and hung up the phone. I was confused but sat in my car for a few more minutes with my driver side window open waiting to see if maybe she found my order. I’m looking on my phone when I hear a loud banging on my passenger window, literally banging, I rolled down my window and she shoved my order through the window. I looked at her name tag as she shoved my order in and her name was Donna. Ms Donna, I get having a bad day, but treating customers like that is unacceptable. As someone who also works in customer service, if I acted like you I would not have a job."

"Closed 10 minutes early. I'll just buy on Amazon instead of wasting another trip back to these lazy folks. Very frustrating. I wish they gave me the chance to support them. Brick and mortar stores are digging their own graves..."

"I went to return an Item today and one of the employees not only treated me like I was dirt but also in front of me ask the manager if she could perform a return of the item and she and i quote said “can we return something that the package is stupidly damage?” I felt humiliated the entire time more so when the manager didnt even corrected the employee at all. the employee literally continued to tell me why did i open this item so badly. I felt so humiliated and i wont be coming back to this joann again. I just dont understand can someone can humiliate another person. Its just cruel and more so when they are paying you to literally do your job."

"I have been to this location several times. This recent visit (1/5/24), I wanted to look at a specific fabric. I know they have a lot, so I took my time, but I could not find it. I then spent awhile walking all over the store trying to find an employee to help me. There was No One! There was a long line at fabrics and even longer line at the front checkouts. I decided to call the store while in the store, that way, even if they were busy, they could tell me what specific aisle the fabric is in. 1-No one would answer in fabric. 2-No one would answer at the front of the store. (I heard the phone ringing at both areas while in the store.) It was such a frustrating experience. They sure had a lot of employees a few weeks ago. What a frustrating experience. I left never finding the fabric. I prefer Michael's. There is ALWAYS someone around to ask! There is ALWAYS someone to answer the phones! I wish Michael's sold fabric."
