"Our kitchen granite turned out great, but bathroom granite was not the quality I expected from them and their response was disappointing. The piece of granite that I selected for our bathroom had no visible fissures at the time I selected it. I have photos before the piece was cut. Upon install, there was a long visible “crack” that runs from the edge to the other side of the sink. It had been filled with epoxy in a color that didn’t disguise the crack at all and there is a ridge that leaves the surface not completely smooth. There was no communication about this issue during the fabrication process. When I tried to discuss with them after install, they said there was nothing they could do and just explained that sometimes fissures aren’t visible until fabrication and then they fill them with epoxy to prevent further issues. While I appreciate that that fissures are a natural characteristic of granite, any natural character was ruined when they filled it with unmatching epoxy. I’m stuck with a 2 ft crack that has obviously been filled. This is the fourth house that we have bought granite for and I have never had this happen before with other companies. It is definitely not the quality or result that I hoped for considering their reputation and I will not use them for the next project. If you buy your granite from them, just know if a fissure becomes visible/opens up during fabrication that this is what they will do and you may have a similar disappointing result."

"My husband purchased a quartz Calacatta Laza slap from this company. We did the counters, backsplash, the island, waterfall and all the bathrooms. We are currently having an issue on the left hand side of the waterfall. There is a terrible discoloration that should not be there and we are not happy with this. We have spend a generous amount of money on this slab, kitchen and all the bathrooms. I contacted the owner this afternoon. Hopefully, I will get an answer from her soon. I hope that they are able to resolve this issue fast and amicably so we can move forward and finish this house soon. If satisfaction is completed soon I will give a five star review. "Counter top has a lot of gaps and when someone asks for a price and pays money for new counter tops they should turn out the same way your old counter top was or even better. Just for that I don’t recommend them now I need to pay someone else to finish the work when in reality it’s their work to finish everything"
