"Jay was helpful and patient with us, Jason came out to look at the job and sold us on his perfection, years of installing tile, although the highest bid we felt comfortable with them and wanted a quality job. However, that is not what we got. Tile is not level, floor pattern doesn't match up with set in shower floor, set the tile inside the linear drain without removing the plastic wrap, splatters on walls, painted driveway left with staining and dumped concrete into a flower garden (I practice organic gardening!) Overall, we feel like we have handyman quality for an outrageous price. My hubby is kicking himself for not doing the job. May have taken longer but know my little honey can do better than that!"

"3 calls and 3 weeks later flooring still not fixed but got his money almost 4000 on two rooms crazy price and they was on there cell phones most of time and also used up a roll of toilet paper and a full box of tissue paper in 2 days Just a small piece of grout missing"

"**Updated! Once they saw this, they called and came out the next morning to finish the work! Thank you! Our experience started out great here, but quickly went downhill. They were great about getting us in right away and getting our carpet installed ASAP. They even re-arranged their schedule to fit us in sooner because we were needing it quick so we could move into our new home (where the previous carpet was soaked in animal urine). And we were so incredibly thankful for that! They also have really great prices- significantly cheaper than other stores. On carpet install day, everything went smoothly and the carpet looked great. My biggest complaint is that they didn’t finish the job. There’s a wall that they didn’t cut and tuck the carpet. It’s just laying up the wall, going up past the top of the baseboards. They also didn’t haul away the old carpet. It’s sitting in our garage still. My problem is that we have called multiple times and each time we get a person, they take our info and say they will call us back. We started calling in October after the work was started. And no return calls and no resolution. This is so upsetting. We just want them to finish the work. That’s all. I’ll be more than happy to update this review to a positive one if they will call me back and finish the job."

"Shopping for flooring and wanted to stay local but not totally break my bank account. They were excellent to work with. Hometown friendly service. The quality was outstanding and superior to their big box competitors. I would recommend and use again! Give them a consideration when doing your flooring. Not just carpet but all flooring is available. I got wood plank tile. 5 plus star rating!!!"
