"I do not normally post negative reviews but in this case, I must make an exception. This organization is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. I spent four days getting the run around from Micheal in the front office when I attempted to purchase a large amount of crushed concrete. This individual went to great lengths to make my experience as miserable as it could possibly be. I finally just gave up (which is exactly what he wanted me to do), and because of the way this business allows their employees to mistreat people, I believe they deserve to have their license pulled. I plan on filing complaints with the County and the BBB. Instead of just coming out and telling people they have no interest in their patronage, they prefer to play annoying games involving miscommunication and lies. Unbelievable. My review provides one star, only because giving zero stars is not an option. I strongly recommend to anyone and everyone, they should stay away from this place. D.Josefczyk-RN, BSN"

"Great service by the the staff and Owners. I was in a time constraint situation and they where fully engaged on helping me even when I arrived 1hr before closing. From the staff’s soft & friendly demeanor on explaining pricing, the Owner walking me through the pebble options & answering size & color questions per my patio design to field staff washing a small batch of pebbles to show me true colors for my peace of mind in making a selection. Also, the Owners quickly accommodated the delivery the next day to suit my need! In summary, service was top notch and my yard was complete prior to the holidays thanks to them. My suggestion to new costumers is to come prepared and be clear with your questions. Natural products are not always the same size and color and it is all contingent upon what the manufacturers deliver. Always visit the place before you buy to align expectations with the distributor. Lastly, come with a positive and non-bias open dialogue attitude. Treat others with respect. You get more bees with honey than vinegar. When I was at this place of business, I was a witness as to how costumers came with an entitlement attitude before being serviced."

"It was a pleasure dealing with a family-owned company, they were completely responsive to any requests or questions. They even separated our bid into two parts so that we could do half of our house at the beginning of this year and we will do the rest toward the end of this year. The yard looks great and my drainage issues have now been taken care of. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owners when I made the final payment and they are just wonderful people. These are the types of businesses that we should be supporting!"
