"NO HELP & NO ONE CARES! Trying to find an associate in this store in the appliance department is very hard. I went into the store to purchase a large ticket appliance , spent about 30 minutes looking and then pressed the button for help and no one came. There were several other couples looking to purchase items as well. As I was leaving the store through the self checkout lines, I asked the associate there to speak with the store manager, for which she informed me he was not even in the store. I explained my problem and said I can get another manager from another department , all while listening to the overhead announcements about help needed at the Appliance. I did the right thing and went across the street to the Orange store and purchased there. Sad !"

"The worse Lowe's in Florida! My husband and I visited Lowe's on Orange Blossom Trail to purchase a big ticket item. We sat in the Appliances department for half an hour, after asking about 4 attendants for help. Finally, a manager arrived, totally ignored us and returned to the front desk. In retrospect, this should have been our cue leave! However, we decided to purchase the item with the agreement that it will be delivered to the store on the following Friday. I routinely called and check the online system for delivery updates or changes. On the morning of Friday 8th December, as promised, we visited the store only to be told that the item will be delivered on the following Wednesday. No apologies! No reason! NOTHING! Just a rude, clueless manager and his staff who kept us waiting while we stood there expecting some feedback. In fact, one of the staff members, Tina, who we had asked for follow-up, was on her way to a dentist appointment without a single word to us about the status of our order. Did they care that we had a contractor on standby to install the item and had already paid for this service? Not at all! I have cancelled this order and I hope that corporate takes notice of this because staff members, including managers, who are unprofessional, clueless and rude are not serving the needs of the company nor the customer,"

"I love Lowe's! I left Home Depot and came right across 441 to Lowe's. I couldn't find the three items I went shopping for, plus I couldn't find anyone to help me. I know I passed six or more Home Depot associates, and no one spoke to me. I came to Lowe's, which I normally would do first, walked through the garden center, and the young man at the register said " Good morning sir, welcome to Lowe's. I found all three items at Lowe's in less than 15 minutes. I spent 20 minutes at Home Depot, no help, no products I went to purchase. Thank you, Lowe's again, for great associates and well merchandised store."

"This Lowe’s is located in Apopka off of 441 across from Home Depot. This store is always very clean and the tram members are friendly. We usually come here in the spring to to get our lawn and yard looking good."
