"Was Great till it wasn't, handy cap, in pain and shopped about 2 hours and had almost $80 worth of merchandise when I went to check out had about 8 people behind me and tried to pay with my Harbor freight credit card and it would t go through tried this about 5 times and the cashier said you may want to call them, I said I have a 500 limit and i pay it off the first of every month. So embarrassed as hell got out of line hobbled outside with my crutches leaned against the wall lit a cigarette and called, they politely informed me that I had no credit with them and then I had been sent a letter a month prior that I never got, and that they sent me an email of the letter that I never got, if I had gotten it I told them I wouldn't have been there trying to use my credit card in the first place I said that would be kind of stupid trying to use a credit card that doesn't work to buy merchandise. So they told me that it wasn't their fault It was the bank that the credit card went through even though it had harbor freight on the credit card had said that my credit limit had slipped and I was a risk, now mind you I paid my credit card off the 3rd every month if I went in and bought something on the 3rd I paid it off had that card for I guess 2 years and never had a problem until I did so be kind of leery if you have a credit card with them you might want to check regularly and make sure that it still works before you go into a store and shop for 2 hours as I did on crutches just to find out you're embarrassed as hell at the register because your credit card doesn't work anymore, I won't be going back"

"I had no idea where to locate what I was looking for, let alone trying to explain the item I needed. But upon entering the store I was greeted and directed to the item I was trying to explain. Harbor Freight has the best people working for them."

"This store has a very good selection of value tools. This store is big and clean. It is located on 441 in apopka next to the Perkins restaurant. They have promotions that can save you money on some items. Many items and power tools are different brands that have lower pricing compared to the national brands found at stores like Home Depot Lowe’s and Ace hardware. If your live in apopka or pass through the area this store is worth stopping by to get some of your supplies. 4 stars all the way!"
