"Pretty bad experience here. Ordered something literally 1 month ago and had to call 3x to get them to ship and order they were waiting on (1) item for. Not my problem if your inventory system is incorrect online and shows that it is in stock. Ship my order and when the remainder of it comes in, ship that separately. Wrong in so many ways. Not even going to return the items because I do not want to deal with them anymore. Lost my business."

I had 1 shipment that came without a key component and they were concerned and fast to act on the issue. Followed up with emails and did everything in their power to fix it. "Product took 2 weeks to arrive to my location. I come to find out my client wanted a different color formica and tried to return a few weeks later only to find out there's a 14 day return policy. I asked if I could at least get a store credit and was willing to accept the 25% socking fee but was turned down. They seemed nice over the phone and I was hoping they would work with me. I'm a small shop that can't afford to absorb costs like this. I won't be using them in the future."
