"I usually order my items for pickup. The staff that bring out your items are wonderful... they deserve 5 stars. The staff that pick the items deserve the 3 stars. On numerous occasions I have ordered a hot rotisserie chicken with my order and it never fails that someone will pack cold items, like cheese and deli meat, in the SAME bag as the HOT rotisserie chicken. It doesn't take a lot of common sense for someone to know that this is not acceptable. In addition, whatever items they place in the same bag gets chicken grease on them, too. I have called to complain about this numerous times and yet it still happens. It boggles the mind because they pack one item per bag, except for the hot chicken!"

"Today on 1/13/2024 my fiance and I went to grab a few things and as we where checking out we saw an elderly man, probably 70's - 80's with a full cart of necessary food and household items, he looked confused and look as though he was struggling. We saw at least 5 employees standing right by or near him, one walked right past him, one employee even cut him in line to check out with his lunch for what looked like his break. I went over to see if this man needed help and he did. He told me he recently had a stroke... not one of these employees offered to even help him. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do better walmart."

"Even with the online directory, the layout of the store can be needlessly confusing at times. The staff are overworked, pulled in endless directions by customers confused by the layout or to complete orders for pick up/delivery. Nonetheless, the kay machine works here, there’s a good selection or new or staple items in the grocery and alcohol section, the pet aisle includes alternative litter options, and the clothes are, for the most part, organized. These sections would perhaps be better maintained if there were more staff."

"Auto Center is the worst. The employees have an attitude. They work with the pace of tortoises. They open at 7, employees and manager drip in at around 7:05, one by one. Spent an hour waiting for the store manager to pick up my call. At the end, never got to speak with the store manager. The car service center manager did not want to talk to any customers so early( even though he was the last to arrive). When it was time to pick up the car, they could not find the keys. And the person that worked on the car, just parked the car with windows open and the keys on the drivers seat."

"I'll give it 3 stars because there's really nothing wrong with this location that isn't common among all Wal Marts. We waited a really long time at checkout, then it turned out they had run out of stamps but the cashier did go to get more. But we had already waited quite a while before our transaction had even begun."
