"We had flooring installed in about half the rooms in our house. We liked the flooring and six months later we had the rest of the house done. After a few months the flooring started warping. After an inspection, Vogel Flooring determined the flooring was defective and replaced it. The same thing happened to the second batch. Upon inspection it was determined there was still a defect. Vogel Flooring said the whole flooring needed to be replaced. They told us to come to the store and pick any flooring we liked and the replacement job was on them. My wife picked a much better quality flooring than the original. They came the next working day and replaced everything including replacing the molding. It took a week for them to complete the job. They did a wonderful job. We are very happy and have great looking floor! I don’t think very many flooring stores would go to the length that Vogel Flooring went to make a customer happy. I would highly recommend Vogel Flooring to anyone."

"This review comes late. Almost 2 years actually, and I am so glad I waited to see the quality of the products I spent thousands of dollars on before making this review. May 2020, the governor declared Florida open for business and my husband and I were ready to redo our floors. I chose to go with a smaller local business because I knew how hard so many businesses were hit due to the lock down. Before I go further let me assure anyone reading this review that I was very upfront and honest about what I wanted. Gary was the salesman I dealt with, very nice no initial problems. When I discussed carpet with him I made it clear I wanted one that would hold up to high traffic. I have a small home about 1400 Sq ft and at the time all 3 kids living here. I suggested upgrading the padding but was assured it already came with a high enough quality pad. I had no reason to question that because, after all if I'm willing to spend more money surely a salesman wouldn't protest. I also have a small dip in my kitchen floor, I mentioned this to Gary while he was in my home in the event that we needed to have the sub floor repaired, but was told it would be fine because there was no actual movement from the floor when he bounced on his toes to test it. Within 6 months.....6 months my bedroom carpet was matted from the door to the master bath. Less then 2 years later what I have in my bedroom resembles the carpet I had replaced that was 20 yrs old. It's also rippling due to not being stretched properly. The boards in my kitchen are separating because there should have probably been some kind of padding or yes, repair done to level the floor before installation, something that professionals should have known. Again, I was upfront about the concerns I had and feel looking back this was about commissions. Will not recommend and will not revisit."
